A revamping, if you will, of the 1980's classic horror movie showcase, hosted by Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Elvira decides to throw her "ring into the hat" and campaign for office. To improve election odds, she masquerades as Sarah Palin and accepts a phone call from the dreaded Breather.
