I have to admit, I’m not the biggest fan of the V/H/S/ franchise. I feel some entries are just too harsh or hard going and lack the light relief some of the more successful anthology movies have contained over the years. V/H/S/ 99 rectifies this and delivers a selection of stories which are fun and balance the horror with subtle humour and solid direction from all of the creatives involved.
